§ 1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "939gam" or "the Company" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operated at 939gam.net, including all products, services, interfaces, and content made available through that domain.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who registers an account on 939gam or uses the 939gam platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile associated with a Player's verified credentials on the 939gam platform.
• "PKR" refers to the Pakistani Rupee, the official currency of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, which serves as the primary transaction currency on the 939gam platform.
• "KYC" or "Know Your Customer" refers to the identity and age verification process, using CNIC documentation, required before withdrawal access is granted on 939gam.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit, free spin equivalent, cashback credit, or welcome bonus amount credited to a Player's account by 939gam as part of a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum cumulative real-money wager amount that must be placed on eligible 939gam products before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Services" refers collectively to all gaming products offered by 939gam, including but not limited to live casino games, sports betting, slot games, Jackpot Fishing, and Dragon Gate.

§ 2 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the 939gam account registration process, by making a deposit to your 939gam account, or by using any portion of the 939gam platform, you confirm and represent that:

1. You have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and fully understand their content and implications;
2. You unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions as a legal contract between you and 939gam;
3. You have also read and agree to the 939gam Privacy Policy and the 939gam Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference;
4. You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in the jurisdiction in which you are located.

§ 3 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the 939gam platform and all associated Services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be met simultaneously and continuously during your use of 939gam:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is an absolute minimum requirement and admits of no exception. Players who are found to be under 21 years of age will have their accounts immediately closed and all funds held pending investigation in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and minor-protection obligations.
• Identity: You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) and must register using your genuine legal name and CNIC details. Fictitious identities are strictly prohibited.
• Jurisdiction: You are responsible for determining whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction. 939gam does not make representations regarding the legality of online gaming in any specific location. It is your personal responsibility to verify compliance with local laws before using 939gam Services.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, whether initiated through 939gam's own responsible gaming tools or through any applicable regulatory self-exclusion programme.

§ 4 Account Registration & Verification

To access the real-money Services provided by 939gam, you must complete the registration process accurately and in full. The following obligations apply to all Players during and after registration:

1. Single Account: Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active 939gam account at any time. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, 939gam reserves the right to close all but one account and to forfeit any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds held in duplicate accounts.
2. Accurate Information: All registration details — including full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and CNIC number — must be accurate and current at all times. Players must update their details promptly if any information changes by contacting 939gam support.
3. KYC Verification: Players are required to complete KYC verification by submitting a copy of their valid CNIC before any withdrawal request will be processed. 939gam may also request KYC at any point for accounts that trigger risk or compliance thresholds.
4. Right to Refuse: 939gam reserves the right to decline any account registration application or to request additional documentation at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for such a decision.

§ 5 Account Security & Login Credentials

The security of your 939gam account login credentials is your sole responsibility. You must take all reasonable steps to keep your password confidential and to prevent unauthorised access to your account. 939gam's obligations and your responsibilities in this regard are as follows:

§ 6 Deposits & Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the 939gam platform are processed in PKR. The following terms govern deposits made to 939gam accounts:

• Deposits must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — deposits made from accounts not belonging to the registered 939gam account holder — are strictly prohibited.
• Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, and Mastercard. Availability of specific methods is subject to change without prior notice.
• 939gam does not accept deposits in cash or via any informal money transfer mechanism. All deposits must be made through the approved payment channels listed in the cashier section of the 939gam platform.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. These limits may be adjusted by 939gam at its discretion.
• 939gam is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors or Pakistani banking institutions in crediting deposits to a Player's account.

§ 7 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of cleared real-money PKR balances from their 939gam accounts subject to the following terms:

1. KYC Prerequisite: No withdrawal will be processed until the Player has completed the KYC identity verification process to 939gam's satisfaction. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to KYC completion will be held pending verification.
2. Own Accounts Only: Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 939gam account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
3. Bonus Wagering Compliance: Any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds remain subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw funds that have not met wagering requirements may result in the forfeiture of those funds.
4. Processing Times: 939gam endeavours to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the cashier section. Processing times may be extended in cases requiring additional verification or where a withdrawal triggers routine compliance checks.
5. Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the 939gam cashier. 939gam reserves the right to pay large withdrawals in instalments at its operational discretion.

§ 8 Bonuses & Promotions

939gam offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing Players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all 939gam promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, and per IP address, unless the specific promotion terms expressly state that multiple claims are permitted.
• Bonus Funds credited to a Player's account may not be withdrawn directly. They must first be converted to withdrawable real-money funds by meeting the applicable wagering requirement.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet amounts during bonus play, and expiry periods are specified for each promotion and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.
• 939gam reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at its sole discretion, without prior notice. Any Bonus Funds credited under a cancelled promotion will be removed from affected accounts.
• Bonus funds and free spin credits are for entertainment purposes only and do not represent a cash liability of 939gam until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

§ 9 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on the 939gam platform is governed by the specific game rules applicable to each product, which are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. The following general betting rules apply across all 939gam Services:

• All bets are placed at the Player's own risk. 939gam is not responsible for any connection interruptions, device failures, or other technical issues that result in incomplete bet placement.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds, game results, or payout calculations caused by system malfunction, 939gam reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players.
• For sports betting, 939gam reserves the right to suspend markets, alter odds, or void bets on events that are suspended, cancelled, or subject to unusual betting patterns that suggest market manipulation.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by the physical results of the games as captured by the live stream. In the event of a technical interruption, round history and studio recordings are used to determine the applicable outcome.
• Decisions made by 939gam's trading or operations team regarding bet settlement are final, subject to the formal complaints procedure set out in 939gam's support documentation.

§ 10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 939gam platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

1. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence-assisted tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with any 939gam product;
2. Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any 939gam game or system for financial gain;
3. Colluding with other Players or with any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any 939gam game, particularly in multi-player formats;
4. Using the 939gam platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity that contravenes applicable anti-financial crime legislation;
5. Attempting to circumvent the KYC process, deposit with payment methods not registered in your own name, or withdraw to third-party accounts;
6. Registering or operating more than one 939gam account, or accessing the platform through an account registered in another person's name;
7. Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP obfuscation technology to misrepresent your location or circumvent any geographical restrictions applied by 939gam.

§ 11 Account Suspension & Closure

939gam reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account in the following circumstances, among others:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct;
• Provision of false or misleading registration information;
• Receipt of a charge-back or disputed transaction from a payment provider;
• A Player's own request for account closure or self-exclusion submitted through the 939gam responsible gaming tools.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the Player, 939gam reserves the right to withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation and to forfeit Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom. Real-money balances will be returned to verified Players following the completion of any investigation, subject to applicable AML obligations.

§ 12 Responsible Gaming

939gam is committed to responsible gaming and operates a comprehensive responsible gaming programme. The following tools are available to all 939gam account holders at any time through the account settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits. Increases to deposit limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling period; reductions take effect immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automatic session time notifications to be informed of the duration of their active gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may elect a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 90 days, during which they will not be able to log in to their 939gam account or access any gaming product.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may self-exclude for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon submission. During the self-exclusion period, the Player will not receive any promotional communications from 939gam. Requests to reverse a self-exclusion will be subject to a mandatory 6-month minimum period and a cooling-off process.

§ 13 Intellectual Property

All content on the 939gam platform — including but not limited to software code, game content, graphics, text, logos, brand identifiers, and user interface designs — is the proprietary intellectual property of 939gam or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 939gam platform for personal, recreational purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any 939gam content without express written authorisation;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the 939gam platform software;
• Remove or alter any copyright notices, watermarks, or proprietary identifiers from 939gam content;
• Use the 939gam brand name, logo, or any other intellectual property in any context without prior written permission from 939gam.

§ 14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 939gam's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms & Conditions, or arising from use of the 939gam platform, shall not exceed the total PKR balance held in the relevant Player's 939gam account at the time the claim arises. In particular, 939gam shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any nature;
• Loss of profits, anticipated savings, business opportunity, or gaming revenue of any kind;
• Losses attributable to platform downtime, maintenance windows, or force majeure events beyond 939gam's reasonable control;
• Any loss caused by a Player's own failure to maintain account security or by unauthorised access to their account resulting from their own negligence;
• The accuracy of odds or information provided on the 939gam sports betting platform.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to exclude or limit 939gam's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

§ 15 Amendments to These Terms

939gam reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. When material changes are made to these Terms & Conditions, 939gam will take reasonable steps to notify registered Players — which may include a notification displayed upon login to the 939gam platform or a communication to the Player's registered mobile number or email address. The continued use of the 939gam platform following notification of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept amended Terms & Conditions, you must discontinue use of the 939gam platform and may request account closure.

§ 16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 939gam's international gaming licence is issued. In the event of any dispute arising between a Player and 939gam in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the 939gam platform, the parties agree to the following dispute resolution process:

1. Informal Resolution: The Player must first submit a written complaint to 939gam via email at [email protected], setting out the nature of the dispute, the facts relied upon, and the resolution sought. 939gam will acknowledge receipt within five (5) business days and endeavour to resolve the complaint within thirty (30) business days.
2. Escalation: If the complaint is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction within thirty (30) business days of initial submission, the Player may escalate the matter in accordance with the complaints procedure published on the 939gam platform at the time of the dispute.
